Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms. It defines what you may and may not do with the Service.

You may not

  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person.
  • Use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate any third party's rights.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission, or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Send automated traffic, scrape, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or republish the Service or any portion of it without our written permission.
  • Train machine-learning models on the Service's outputs in a way that competes with us, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Angela Ekstrom.

You may

  • Use the Service to practice singing and improve your ear.
  • Share your scores and progress on social media.
  • Recommend the Service to other singers and teachers.

Enforcement

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
