End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and the Terms of Service, Angela Ekstrom grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use iPitch on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial vocal practice.

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code.
• No redistribution, sublicensing, leasing, or selling of the App.
• No removing copyright or attribution notices.
• No using the App to build a competing product.

3. Updates

We may release updates and patches. Updates are licensed under the same terms unless we explicitly state otherwise.

4. Third-party platform terms

If you obtained the App from Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's end user terms apply in addition to this EULA.

5. Apple-specific terms (App Store distribution)

• This EULA is between you and Angela Ekstrom, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• The license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Angela Ekstrom is solely responsible for product claims, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is". See the disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service, which apply to this EULA.
