Refund Policy
What you can expect if you change your mind about a paid plan.
1. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account settings, which stops the next renewal. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current period — you keep access until the end of it.
2. New customers — 14-day refund window (web)
For purchases made directly through our website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have used the paid features only minimally (we may decline if usage indicates the plan was used as a one-off). After 14 days, no refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day window described above. We may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
4. App Store and Google Play purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by that store's refund process. We cannot issue refunds for store-billed subscriptions directly. Please contact:

5. Statutory rights (EU / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital subscription. By starting to use the paid features within that period, you expressly agree that the service is being supplied immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you do so. This does not affect any other statutory rights you have.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. If access is downgraded due to a failed payment, your local practice history remains on your device.
7. How to request a refund
Web purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. You can request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net using the order ID from your receipt email, or email noetica@noeticaapps.com from the address tied to your account and we'll forward it on. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
